14-day returns for original condition items. Earrings, hair accessories, and vintage pieces are final sale.

Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing your orders. Standard processing time for jewelry and accessories is 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, we'll send a tracking link so you can follow its journey!
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via reliable carriers (typically USPS is used). International shipping is currently unavailable at this time. While we strive for perfection, we are here to help if your package is lost or delayed by the postal service.
Return & Refund Policy
We want your Charmed Petals items to bring you nothing but joy! If you’re not completely in love with your item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings & hair accessories are non-returnable. Final sale and vintage collection items are also considered final and cannot be returned. I provide many pictures of the vintage item at different angles so look over them carefully! To start a return, simply reach out to us with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit if desired. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

We strive for accuracy, but sometimes tech glitches happen! We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if a product was listed incorrectly (I am one person after all!). Sale items are final.
